Terms for purchasing and using gift vouchers

1.General
The anataesthetics.co.il website (the "Website") is operated by Anat Aesthetics, 14 Duchifat St., Givat Alonim, Kiryat Ata (the "Business").
These terms govern the purchase of gift vouchers on the Website. Making a purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The Business may update these terms from time to time. Each purchase is governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Hebrew version prevails.
2.Vouchers and Prices
The Website offers gift vouchers for facial treatments at the clinic. The contents of each voucher are detailed on the vouchers page.
Prices on the Website are in Israeli new shekels (ILS) and are the final prices payable.
Products included in vouchers are selected to suit the skin type. If a particular product is unavailable, an alternative of similar value will be provided.
3.Purchase and Payment
Payment is made on Takbull's secure payment page. Card details do not pass through the Website and are not stored on it.
Payment options, including installments, are shown on the payment page.
Once payment is completed, a receipt is sent to the email address provided.
The Business may decline a transaction, for example in case of suspected fraud or a material error in the displayed price. In that case, any amount paid will be refunded.
4.Receiving the Voucher
The voucher is sent to the email address entered at purchase, usually within a few minutes. The email includes a link to download the voucher as a PDF.
Each voucher carries the purchase's receipt number, which identifies it.
No voucher within 24 hours? Check your spam folder, and if it isn't there, contact us and we'll resend it.
5.Validity and Redemption
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date appears on the voucher.
Vouchers are redeemed by booking an appointment in advance, by phone or WhatsApp, subject to availability.
Please present the voucher, printed or on your phone, when you arrive. Each voucher can be redeemed once only.
The voucher may be given to another person. It cannot be exchanged for cash or split.
Treatments are personalized after a skin assessment. If a treatment turns out to be unsuitable for the voucher holder, we'll arrange a suitable alternative together.
6.Cancellation and Refunds
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the purchase may be cancelled within 14 days of the purchase or of receiving the voucher, whichever is later, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.
Cancellation notice should be given in writing via WhatsApp, or by phone, quoting the receipt number.
On cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants are entitled to extended cancellation rights as provided by law.
A voucher that has been redeemed cannot be cancelled.
7.Privacy
Buyers' details (name, email and phone) are used only to send the voucher and receipt and to book the treatment.
Details are held by the service providers needed to complete the purchase, such as the payment company and the email service, and are not passed to any other third party. No marketing messages are sent without consent.
8.Liability
The Business works to keep the Website available and working properly, but is not responsible for faults beyond its control, such as communication failures or third-party service outages. If there's a problem sending the voucher, we'll resend it.
9.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Haifa District.
